1. Shipping Policy

We want you to enjoy your new watch bag as soon as possible. We work with the best carriers to guarantee safe delivery.

• Delivery times:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 to 7 working days.

  • International (Europe): 7 to 10 business days.

• Shipping costs:

  • Free shipping on orders over €80.

  • For orders under this amount, the standard cost is: €4.95 in Spain (Peninsula), €7.95 in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and €12.95 for International (Europe) orders.

• Order tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package in real time.

2. Exchanges and Returns

Not exactly what you expected? Don't worry, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

• Product conditions: For the return to be accepted, the bag must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with all its tags and in its original packaging.

• The Clock: The clock mechanism must not have been tampered with. Be sure to include any protective covers or manuals that came with it.

3. How to make a return?

1. Write to us indicating your order number.

2. We will send you a return label or shipping instructions.

3. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
